If you have applied your inkbox tattoo, please read the following.

Whether it is your first order, or your tenth, If you don’t love your inkbox please give us a chance to make it right.  

Who do I contact?

Please send the following information to hi@inkbox.com

  1. Order #
  2. Reason why you are requesting a refund (This is not so we can accept or reject your requests, we just need to keep tabs on this sort of thing!)
  3. While it is not required, we would appreciate it if you sent us a photo of your tattoo development

There are a few conditions that must be met before we can process a refund. 

  1. At least 48 hours must have passed since you applied inkbox (remember the tattoos take some time to develop in the skin!) 
  2.  It must be within 60 days of the purchase date. 
  3.  Does not apply to bulk orders ( >10 tattoos) — if this is the case, please reach out to us and we will handle them on a case by case basis.
