IMPORTANT: Please note that there might be issues connecting Xiaomi Mi Band device to the inKin app. If you are having an issue, please connect it through Google Fit or Apple Health.
Once you have successfully connected Mi Band to the inKin app through Google Fit (for Android smartphones) or Apple Health (for iOS smartphones), here are the steps for fixing the issue with syncing:
Disconnect your MI band from inKin;
(For Android users it means to disconnect Google Fit from the devices in inKin)
(For iOS users it means to turn off inKin’s access in the Apple’s Health app by going to Settings->Health->Data Access & Devices->inKin->Turn Off All)
Log out of your Mi Fit app;
Connect your Xiaomi account to inKin again. more information.
