What are Knowledge Bases and What are They For?

Knowledge Bases are a feature of Inner AI that optimizes artificial intelligence responses, acting as a personal library of information about your company, products, or services. They prevent the repetition of basic information, allowing the AI to automatically access data, much like an assistant who already knows your business.

How to Create Your First Knowledge Base

On the platform, go to "Add" and then "Knowledge Base" to create a new one. Give it a name and add relevant details about the chosen topic.

Activating Knowledge Bases in Your Conversations

After creating and saving, activate the knowledge base in each conversation. A visual indicator will show that it is being used, allowing access to the registered information.

The Difference in Practice

With knowledge bases activated, AI responses are more targeted and relevant, taking into account specific details of your business.
