What are Projects?
Projects in Inner AI are an essential tool that allows you to group all your work in a single location. Whether you are developing a marketing campaign, a course, or any project involving multiple content types, Projects help organize chats, images, documents, and slides in one place.
How to Access Your Projects
To start working with Projects, access the "Projects" section in the left sidebar menu of the platform. Upon clicking, you will see a screen with all the Projects you have already created. This screen acts as a command center, allowing you to switch between Projects or create new ones as needed.
Adding Existing Content to a Project
You can move content created outside a Project into it. To do this, go to the Chat section or another area with saved content. Next to each item, click the three dots to open the options menu and select "Add to project." Choose the desired Project and click "Move" to organize the content.
Setting Up Custom Knowledge
One of the most powerful features is the ability to teach the AI specific information about your work. In the Project's details or settings button, you can change the title and define the Project's knowledge. Enter relevant information about your company, product, or target audience.
Generating New Content Within a Project
Within a Project, you can generate new content directly. Look for the "Generate content" option and access templates for documents, images, audios, videos, and slides. Creating content here ensures it is already organized within the Project and has the personalized context applied, optimizing your creation time.
