How to Access the Templates
To get started, simply go to the tools section within the application. There, look for the documents pillar. Upon clicking, you will be taken to a screen with all available templates.
Choosing the Artificial Intelligence Model
One of the first decisions you'll make is choosing which AI model will be used to generate the content. There are two main options: fast models and advanced models.
Optional Settings: Knowledge Source and Tone of Voice
In addition to the AI model, you can activate two extra settings that help make the content even more aligned with your needs. The first is the knowledge source. Here, you can attach a file that will serve as a basis for the generated content. This is useful when you want to ensure the AI considers specific information.
The second is the tone of voice. With this option, you define the communication style of the text. It can be more formal, relaxed, technical, or any other tone that matches your objective. These settings are optional but make a difference in the final result.
How to Create the Prompt
The central point of document creation is the prompt, which is the instruction you will give to the AI. This is where you explain what you want to be generated. It could be a post about an event, an explanatory article, a summary… whatever it may be. The clearer and more detailed you are, the better the content delivered will be.
Saving Options
When the text is ready, you will see some options in the upper right corner of the screen. You can save the document to your phone, copy the content to use elsewhere, or even report a problem if the result is not as expected.
