What is the feature and what is it for?

Inner AI's meeting recording and analysis feature was created to simplify the process of logging and reviewing virtual meetings. By using it, you can record calls, generate automatic transcripts, and access intelligent summaries of what was discussed. All of this is done automatically, allowing you to focus on the conversation while the platform takes care of the rest.


How to add meetings manually

To begin, you need to access the meeting pillar, located in the platform's sidebar. Within this area, you'll find the "New Meeting" button. Clicking on it allows you to choose between scheduling a future meeting or starting an immediate recording. In both cases, simply enter the call link and a title to identify it. This option is ideal for those who prefer not to sync their calendar or need to record specific, one-off meetings.


How automatic recording works

After scheduling a meeting, the Inner AI Bot automatically joins the call at the scheduled time. It's important that someone starts speaking within the first 10 seconds after the bot joins, as this helps the system correctly initiate audio capture. From then on, everything happens automatically: the meeting is recorded, transcribed in real-time, and summarized by the platform, with no need for manual adjustments during the conversation.

How to view meeting results

As soon as meetings are finalized, the results become available in the same sidebar area of the platform. You can filter by periods such as "This week" or "Last 30 days" to facilitate your search. By clicking on any listed meeting, you access a complete view with the meeting summary, detailed transcript, and information about the participants. The date, involved names, and main topics discussed are organized clearly and accessibly.

Additional analysis features

In addition to recording and transcription, Inner AI offers a powerful feature: the AI chat. With integrated GPT-4O technology, you can ask questions directly about the meeting content and receive answers based on what was said. This is especially useful for finding specific information in long meetings or clarifying points that might have been overlooked.


How to sync with Google Calendar

To make everything even more practical, the platform allows you to sync your Google Calendar account. By clicking the sync button, you authorize access to your events, and from then on, all scheduled meetings automatically appear in Inner AI. This eliminates the need to manually add meetings and ensures that nothing is missed.
