The Agent is a high performance tool that executes complete projects. It reasons through, plans, and executes every stage, delivering finished material that it reviews and validates before sending it to you.
It is ideal when a task involves multiple stages, such as research, strategy, production, and review, and you want to request the entire process in an integrated way.
Difference between the Agent and Chat: The Agent is located in a separate tab because it is a different way to handle complex tasks.
The Agent and Chat histories are unified in the left sidebar, but Agent conversations display an identifying tag so they can be distinguished.
Where to Find the Agent and How to Get Started
When you open the platform, you will find the Agent in a tab next to the Chat tab.
To start, type your request directly into the text box or click New Chat. Or use Voice Mode to dictate the prompt.
To add files, click Add and select the document you want to use. The Agent supports Word, Excel, PowerPoint, videos, audio files, HTML, and long PDFs.
The Agent reads the entire content, identifies what matters, creates summaries, extracts data, and uses that information to analyze or create new documents.
What It Can Do
Manipulation of Various File Types and Tools
PDF (.pdf): read, extract text and tables, merge, split, rotate, protect, fill out forms, and create from scratch
PPTX (.pptx): create and edit presentations, review content, visually validate, and convert to PDF (.pdf)
DOCX (.docx): create, read, edit while preserving formatting, review, and convert
XLSX (.xlsx): create and edit spreadsheets, apply formulas, generate charts, and use conditional formatting
CSV/TSV (.csv, .tsv): read, organize, transform, analyze, and convert data
JSON/MD/HTML/CSS/TS (.json, .md, .html, .css, .ts): create, read, review, transform, convert, and validate data, content, and programming files
Images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp): generate, edit, and combine images; resize when applicable
Diagrams (.mmd, .svg, .png, .pdf): create diagrams in Mermaid and export them to SVG, PNG, or PDF
Audio and video: prepare generations through Inner AI’s specialized tools, such as Audio Studio and Video Studio
Integrations: work with available and authorized integrations, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, GitHub, and others
Jurisprudence (only Brazilian): search real legal brazilian databases, present the information found, and include the official court link when provided by the source

You can also download it from the side panel of the file preview.

Reading Long Documents
The Agent accepts uploads of PDFs, Word files in DOCX format, spreadsheets, and long texts. It reads the entire content, identifies what matters, creates summaries, extracts data, answers questions, and uses the information in analyses or new documents.
Complex Tasks
The Agent handles projects with multiple stages, including research, strategy, production, and review. It coordinates all required processes in parallel and displays its reasoning.
Deep and Accurate Analysis
The Agent conducts web research using multiple sources, checks information against different references, verifies facts, and delivers well supported conclusions. When data is involved, it processes everything and shows its reasoning.
Spreadsheet Analysis and Creation
Reads, cleans, and organizes data in CSV and XLSX files.
Creates formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards.
Builds spreadsheets from scratch, ready to use.
Converts between formats, such as CSV to XLSX and XLSX to PDF.
Presentations and Websites with Preview
Creates professional PPTX presentations with structured slides, consistent layouts, and polished visuals.
Builds websites and prototypes in HTML or React with interactive previews.
Adjusts content, colors, and structure until the result matches what you want.
Proactivity and Recommendations
To gather more context about a task, the Agent opens a question box with recommendations. Simply click the option you want.
If none of the options is suitable, fill in the Something else… field.
Simultaneous and Asynchronous Conversations
You can open multiple conversations in parallel to handle different topics without mixing contexts. You can also close the window and return later while the deliverable is still being produced or after it has been completed.
Important: This feature is available only for the Agent. In Chat, you must remain in the conversation for the generation process to continue.
Usage Limits
The Agent has daily and weekly usage limits. Click your profile picture, then click the information icon to see your usage percentage and when the limit will reset.
