Deleting your account is a permanent action. Before doing this, understand when it's necessary and what the consequences are.
Before deleting: do you really need this?
Deleting your account is recommended when there's already an Inner AI account linked to the same email you want to use, and you need to free up that email.
If your goal is only to change your registered email, you don't need to delete your account. To change your email, check out this other tutorial.
What happens to your subscription
If you're on the Annual Plan, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
If you're on the Monthly Plan, deletion prevents automatic renewal. In both cases, you need to confirm your account status with Support before proceeding.
Warning: this action cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. There's no way to recover the account, even if you regret it or delete it by mistake. All history, projects, assistants, collections, and files are lost along with the account.
Step-by-step to delete your account
Locate your profile picture, in the lower corner of the interface.
Click on the picture and select Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account, shown in red.
If you're on the FREE Plan, confirm in the pop-up "Do you really want to delete your account?"
If you're on the Monthly or Annual Plan, you must confirm your subscription status with Support before deleting your account. This prevents improper charges and ensures the decision is made without surprises.
Done: the account is deleted and the email is freed up for a new sign-up, if that's your goal.
