App Language & default country code
You can change the app's language to your preference via the App Language page. This setting adjusts all defaults in-app text, automated WhatsApp messages, and emails. Currently, only Dutch, English, and German are available. To suggest additional languages, please email us at support@innercrowd.io.
On the same page, you can update the default country code for all available phone number fields. People can still update the field to their own country code but the phone field will first show the selected country code.
Add Users
Invite your colleagues to join your Innercrowd dashboard! Go to Innercrowd Dashboard > Settings > Users and click Add New User. Fill in their details and click Invite. The invited person will receive an email to activate their account.
Once someone is invited, they are also automatically registered as an ambassador, allowing access to the ambassador dashboard.
Add Company Details
Within Innercrowd, relevant company details, such as your social media links, privacy statement, and terms & conditions, are automatically linked in the appropriate places. To enter these details, go to Innercrowd > Settings > Company Details.
You can also add your Meta and TikTok pixels to track data like landing page visits. For more information on linking your pixels, please refer to this article.
