Customizing an imported product before you push it makes it fit your store rather than looking like a supplier listing. Here is what you can change.
1. Add tags
Tags let you categorize and filter products. Open the product, find the Tags section, and enter terms that describe it — style, material or use case. Separate multiple tags with commas.
2. Choose a collection
Collections group products so shoppers can browse them together. In the product details, find the Collection field and choose from your existing collections.
3. Write a description
Find the Description section and write the product up properly — key features, benefits and anything a customer would want to know. Supplier descriptions are usually written for marketplace search, not for your shoppers, so this is the edit that makes the most difference.
4. Select variants
Open the Variants tab and toggle each variant on or off. Disabled variants are not visible to customers — useful for removing sizes or colors you do not want to stock.
5. Upload images
Open the Images tab and upload high-quality photos. Add several showing different angles and details — product images do more to convert a sale than any other element on the page.
