How do I cancel my AI Dropship subscription?

The four steps to cancel your AI Dropship subscription from Settings, and what to do before your renewal date.

You can cancel your AI Dropship subscription yourself, at any time, from inside the app.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open the Membership tab.

  3. Click Cancel.

  4. At the confirmation prompt, click Yes, Cancel Subscription.

Two things to know

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling later than that will not stop the next charge. See What is AI Dropship's refund policy?

  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it here first, or billing continues.
