Supplier stock changes constantly. AliDrop's automatic rules decide what happens to your listings when it does, so you are not checking manually — and not selling something the supplier can no longer send.
1. When a product goes out of stock
Choose what AliDrop does when a product is out of stock or no longer available:
Do nothing — the product status is left unchanged.
Set as draft — the product is hidden from customers until it is restocked.
Set quantity to zero on store — the product stays listed but shows as out of stock.
2. When a variant goes out of stock
Choose what happens to an individual variant, such as one size or color:
Do nothing — the variant is left unchanged.
Remove variant — the variant is removed from your store entirely.
Set quantity to zero on store — the variant stays visible but shows as unavailable.
3. When variant stock changes
Choose what happens when a variant's quantity changes and is still above zero:
Do nothing — your store inventory is left as it is.
Update to store automatically — your store inventory is updated to match the supplier's new quantity.
Recommended: set out-of-stock products to Set quantity to zero rather than Remove or Do nothing. Removing loses the listing and its SEO history; doing nothing means customers can still order something you cannot fulfill.
