AliDrop connects to your Shopify store and syncs customer orders into your Shopify Orders section automatically.
When a customer orders from your store, AliDrop prepares that order for the AliExpress supplier. The payment itself is completed on AliExpress, not in AliDrop.
Process an order
Go to Shopify Orders in the left-hand menu.
Find the order you want to process.
Review the product, variant, customer information and shipping details.
Click Checkout.
You are redirected to AliExpress, where the supplier order is prepared.
Check the details and complete the payment on AliExpress.
The supplier then processes the order and ships it directly to your customer.
How payment works
Your customer pays you through your Shopify store at your retail price. You then pay the supplier cost and shipping on AliExpress when you process the order. AliExpress handles the payment to the supplier — AliDrop does not process it.
The difference between the two is your margin.
What happens after you pay
Once the supplier receives your paid order, they prepare and ship it directly to your customer. Tracking becomes available after the supplier ships, and is then synced back to your order.
You will also receive an email confirming the order once it is placed.
Important: do not manually mark the order as fulfilled or request fulfillment from Shopify while AliDrop is processing it. Doing so breaks the order synchronization, and tracking will not reach your customer.
