How do I pay for an order on AliDrop?

How to pay for a supplier order from AliDrop, and why payment is completed on AliExpress rather than in the app.

When a customer orders from your connected Shopify store, the order appears in your Shopify Orders section in AliDrop.

AliDrop prepares that order for your AliExpress supplier, but payment is completed directly on AliExpress.

Pay for an order

  1. Log in to your AliDrop account.

  2. Go to Shopify Orders and open the order you want to process.

  3. Review the product, variant, shipping address and order details.

  4. Click Checkout.

  5. You are redirected to AliExpress to complete the purchase.

  6. Check the order details and shipping method on AliExpress.

  7. Choose a payment method available on your AliExpress account and complete the payment.

Once payment succeeds, the order is placed with the supplier, who begins processing and shipping it to your customer.

Two things to know

  • Available payment methods are set by AliExpress and vary by account, location and order.

  • If your AliExpress account has disconnected from AliDrop, reconnect it before continuing to checkout.
