You can cancel your Smartli subscription yourself, at any time, from your account settings.
Cancel your subscription
Go to Settings.
Open the Membership tab.
Click Cancel.
At the confirmation prompt, choose I still want to cancel my subscription.
On the next screen, give your reason for cancelling.
Check the box confirming you want to proceed.
Click Cancel to complete the process.
Before you cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or the next charge still goes through. See What is Smartli's refund policy?
The cancellation is not complete until you finish step 7. Closing the window partway through leaves the subscription active.
