How do I process an order on Spocket?

The steps to check out and place a customer's order in Spocket so the supplier can start fulfilling it.

Spocket syncs with your store, and all your orders automatically appear in your Orders tab.

Once your customer places an order, you must process the order in Spocket by following these steps:

  1. Select Orders from the toolbar on the left.

  2. Click the Checkout button. The shipping cost and transaction fees will be generated automatically based on the customer's address.

  3. Add any notes or instructions for the supplier.

  4. Click Place Order to process the order. This will charge the base cost and the shipping cost of the product to your credit card.

Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, and the supplier will be alerted to start fulfilling your order.

As soon as the order is processed and sent for shipping, you will receive an email with the order's tracking information.

Important note: When you receive an order in your store, you should not click Request fulfillment or Mark as fulfilled in your Shopify account. Doing so will cause syncing issues between your store and your Spocket account. If you accidentally click either of those buttons in Shopify and are experiencing issues with the order, please contact our Support team directly via email or live chat.

Disclaimer: We highly recommend using a credit card as your payment method for your orders. Please note that prepaid credit cards are not accepted as a payment method for your orders.
