When are manual orders useful?
Manual orders are useful when you need to:
Accept payment for an order that you make over the phone, in person, or elsewhere. In Shopify, when you accept payment for your draft order, an order is created for it on the Orders page.
Send invoices to customers to pay with a secure checkout link.
Use custom items to represent additional costs or products that aren't displayed in your inventory.
Manually re-create orders that were placed by mistake on any of your active sales channels.
Sell products at a discount or at wholesale rates.
Take pre-orders.
How to create a manual order
Follow your store platform's guide:
Shopify: Creating draft orders
BigCommerce: Creating a Manual Order
WooCommerce: Manually Adding an Order
Once you've created the manual order in your store, the system will create an order that is then sent to our supplier.
Important note: Make sure the customer's details are set up correctly and include both a shipping and a billing address. Otherwise, our system will reject the order.
