What each order status in Spocket means, and how to work out whether an order is past its processing and shipping time.

Finding out whether your order is past its processing and shipping deadline is simple.

Head over to Orders to find all the orders you have received. Each order has a column showing one of the following statuses:

  1. Unpaid: orders that have not been checked out.

  2. Order Placed: orders that have been checked out, but the supplier hasn't started processing them yet.

  3. Processing: orders that have been checked out and that the supplier is preparing to ship.

  4. Shipped: orders that have been shipped with a tracking number.

  5. Canceled: orders canceled by the dropshipper, the supplier or Spocket. Canceled orders cannot be restored.

  6. Refunded: shown on any order that has been refunded, with the exact refund amount.

Here's how to work out the processing and shipping period for a product:

  • Click the image of the product in your order. This opens the Spocket listing for that item.

  • Look at the Processing Time of the item.

  • Then look at the Shipping Time of the item. Make sure you know where the order is being shipped, as shipping times differ by destination country.

  • Add these two together to get the total processing and shipping period for the order.

Important note: All processing and shipping times are listed in business days, so they don't include weekends (Saturday and Sunday). If an order contains multiple items, the total time may be longer.
