What does pausing my plan mean?

What pausing your Spocket plan does, how it differs from cancelling, and when billing resumes after the pause.

We're sorry to see you go, even if it's just for a while, but we're looking forward to your return! Wondering what it means to put your plan on pause? Let's dive into the details:

  • Pausing your plan temporarily freezes your account for one month.

  • This feature lets you keep all the data and progress you've made in your store. In contrast, canceling your plan would result in the loss of all your settings and the items you've added. Pausing is an excellent choice if you need a short break.

  • Please note: you can only pause your account once, and accounts on a trial can't be paused.

You can pause your plan from the Membership tab in your Settings:

Membership tab in Spocket settings with an arrow pointing to the Pause link in Membership Information

You will be charged either when the pause period ends or if you choose to Unpause and resume your account during the pause period.
