How can I filter by Inventory status on my Products Page?

It's now easier to search for products on your Products page. You can narrow your search results by selecting any of these 3 inventory statuses:

  • Low stock – items that have fewer than 10 units of available stock left

  • Out of stock – items that have sold out or are no longer available

  • Deactivated product – items that have been delisted by the supplier

What is a premium product on Spocket?

Premium products are Spocket's curated list of high-quality products, sourced from the best suppliers on our platform. You can find premium products by using the Premium Products filter on the Search Products page. When browsing products, you will also see a "premium" logo on the bottom left of the product image.

What makes a premium product special?

  • Best-sellers: Our premium products are the hottest sellers and perform well.

  • Highly discounted: Spocket products are discounted anywhere from 30% to 60% off, and premium products are always at the highest end of this range.

Our product discovery team regularly adds new products to the list of premium products.

Why can't I push any more premium products to my store?

To access premium products, you need a paid Spocket subscription. Not sure what your plan allows? Take a look at our pricing page.

If you're not able to push any more premium products, you might have reached the limit on your subscription plan. You can always swap out premium products for new ones, or upgrade your plan.

What is a branded invoice?

Branded invoicing is a great way to showcase your unique brand in your customers' packages.

To set up your branded invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Spocket account.

  2. Go to Settings on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Store from the tabs.

  4. Enter the contact email and phone number (available to all Spocket retailers).

  5. Add your company logo and a personalized note (available for retailers on a paid subscription).

Notes:

Important note: Branded invoicing is not currently available for all suppliers on Spocket.

What are Global Pricing Rules?

You can easily mark up all your products using a percent-based, multiplier, or fixed pricing rule! This reduces manual work on your end and helps you keep healthy profit margins.

You can set up your Global Pricing Rules by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Spocket account.

  2. Head over to Settings in the bottom left corner.

  3. Set up the pricing rules based on your preference. Don't forget about the shipping cost, as it is NOT included in the listed price.

Important note: Global Pricing Rules won't apply to products already in your Import List or active on your store. They only apply to new products that you add to your Import List.

Wondering what pricing rules to set? Here are a few guidelines:

There are three types of rules available on Spocket:

  • Fixed markup

  • Multiplier markup

  • Percent markup

You can add a markup that covers the average shipping cost (if you wish to offer free shipping) and still leaves you a profit.

The Fixed Markup

Adds a fixed amount to all listing prices. For example, if you choose a $5 fixed markup and the listing price of a product is $10, the retail price of the product will be set to $15.

The Multiplier Markup

As the name suggests, this multiplies the listing price by the number you enter in the settings. For example, if you choose a multiplier of 2 and the listing price of a product is $20, the retail price of the product will be set to $40.

The Percent Markup

Adds a percentage markup to the listing price. For example, if you choose a markup of 50% and the listing price of a product is $10, the retail price of the product will be set to $15 ($10 + 50% of $10).

You can also create custom ranges for different pricing rules and assign cents to product prices by using Advanced Pricing Rules. If you want to customize the price of a specific product and override the Global Pricing Rules, change the product's price in the Import List.

Once you are done, you can start adding products to your Import List.

What is the compare at price?

You can manually set sale prices for selected products on Spocket without having to use discount codes.

Here's how to set a compare at price:

  1. In the Spocket app, head over to the Import List page and click the Variants tab.

  2. Select the product you want to put on sale.

  3. Set the Compare at Price, which is the original price of the product.

  4. Next, set the Sales Price, which is the price you want your customer to pay. The sale price should always be lower than the compare at price.

  5. Finally, when you have updated the price, description and other settings, click Save and Push to Store.
