This policy explains how your Spocket subscription renews, how to cancel it, and when refunds are and are not issued. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial; annual plans do not include a trial.
Automatic renewal
Spocket services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, depending on the plan you choose. When you start a subscription, you authorize Spocket to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.
Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has started. By letting your subscription renew, you accept the renewal charge for that billing period.
How to cancel
Cancel from your account settings (Settings > Membership). See How do I cancel my Spocket subscription? for the steps. Once your cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation notification for your records.
You are responsible for keeping track of your renewal date and cancelling on time. If you do not cancel before your renewal date, the renewal charge is processed and does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Except as described below, no refunds — full, partial or prorated — are issued for unused subscription time, cancellations made mid-cycle, or periods when your account was inactive.
Monthly plans and the free trial: if you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends, monthly plans are non-refundable.
Annual plans: annual plans do not include a trial and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Failed payments
If a scheduled subscription payment fails for any reason (for example, insufficient funds, expired payment details or a bank refusal), Spocket may automatically retry the charge using the same payment method. These retries are covered by your original subscription and payment authorization.
To stop all future billing attempts, cancel your subscription or update your payment method in your account settings before the next billing cycle begins.
Keep your payment information valid and up to date. Renewal charges processed with the payment method on file are considered authorized transactions.
Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to Spocket, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
