We are sorry to see you go. You can cancel your AI SEO App subscription yourself from your account settings in the app.
Cancel your subscription
In your Shopify admin, open AI SEO App from Apps → AI SEO App.
Go to your account settings in the app and cancel your subscription.
Once your cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation notification. Keep it for your records.
Before you cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel in time, and a renewal you did not cancel in time is not refunded.
Cancelling during your 7-day free trial on a monthly plan means you will not be charged.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel from your account settings first, or billing continues.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations. See What is AI SEO App's refund policy? for the full terms.
