How do I set up my payout information?
How do I set up my payout information?
In order to make order processing seamless, Spocket offers dropshippers (your customers) multiple ways to pay for orders. To enable this, we use two payment providers: Stripe and PayPal.
Stripe
To add your payout details through Stripe, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Spocket for Suppliers app
Select Store Settings in the bottom left corner.
Under Getting Paid, add in your banking details.
Select "Individual" if you are a sole proprietor, or select "Company" if you are an incorporated business.
Then, click Account Information before entering your bank account details.
Once your account has been verified by Stripe and all the fields are complete, click Save.
Although suppliers are not required to register their PayPal information, we strongly advise that you complete your settings for both PayPal and Stripe to maximize your sales opportunities. If you choose to set up your payouts on both Stripe and PayPal, your retailers will be able to pay for their orders with you using all of the available payment methods on Spocket. This will ensure that you get the maximum number of potential sales on Spocket.
PayPal
Signing up for PayPal is easy and 100% free. Here are the steps:
Access your Spocket Supplier account

Go to the PayPal section and click the "Connect My PayPal Account" button
You will be redirected to PayPal's secure page to fill out the necessary details
Once done, you should see the confirmation message “You’re all set up!” with a green check mark.

How do I know my payout has been successfully set up?
Go to the Getting Paid page on your Spocket supplier dashboard. Since suppliers can get paid out using Stripe as well as PayPal, the setup status for each will show in their respective sections.
Stripe
To see if your Stripe account is successfully set up, navigate to the Stripe section. You should see an "Account Verified" tick mark in the Account Verification step, and your Bank Account Information field should be saved and uneditable (as shown in the screenshot).
Note: Stripe occasionally requires updates to certain information. Our Supplier Operations team will typically reach out via email to inform you if any updates are necessary and provide guidance on the required information.
Alternatively, you can click the "Account Information" section in your Getting Paid settings, as it will indicate any information that needs updating.
PayPal
To see if your PayPal account is successfully set up, navigate to the PayPal section. If you see a green checkmark along with the message ‘You’re all set up!’ - that’s confirmation that a PayPal account is connected to accept payouts for your account.
Please do not hesitate to email us or click on the chat button to talk to a customer service agent if you're running into issues or if you have questions regarding your payout.
When will I get paid for my orders?
When will I get paid for my orders?
All suppliers on Spocket get paid out for an order either via Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method for that order. The payout schedule for each is explained below.
Stripe and PayPal payouts have different schedules.
Stripe
All orders paid for using a credit card are processed via Stripe. These order payments are remitted as a lump sum on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month. Spocket applies a 7-day buffer to your monthly payout to account for adjustments and refunds. This means that orders received within the last 7 days of the billing cycle will not be paid until the following payout cycle.
PayPal
With PayPal, suppliers will be paid out on the 25th day after every order is placed, provided they successfully fulfill the order. This is to ensure there is a grace period to account for cancellations/refunds. These order payments are remitted as single payments for every order.
If you have questions, please do not hesitate to send our Support team an email or click on the chat button to talk to a customer service agent.

Getting Paid on Spocket
Getting Paid on Spocket
We strongly recommend that suppliers set up both Stripe and PayPal on the Settings > Getting Paid page. Here's why.
When a dropshipper pays for an order using a credit card, the supplier gets paid out through Stripe. When a dropshipper pays for an order using PayPal Express Checkout, the supplier gets paid out through PayPal.
So... how does that affect you?
Say, a Spocket dropshipper gets an order for your product. During the checkout process, they will only see eligible payment methods (only the ones you have completed setting up). If you have only set up PayPal, for instance, they will only see that option to pay for the order. However, if the dropshipper is only able to pay using a credit card, this is what they will see.
If the dropshipper is not interested in connecting to PayPal, it's likely that they will cancel that order.
Maximize sales opportunities by setting up both Stripe and PayPal in your Settings > Getting Paid page. Both payment methods have different payout schedules. Check out When will I get paid for my orders?
