How do I cancel my Jubilee subscription?

The steps to cancel your Jubilee subscription from Settings using the Cancel Membership option.

We are sorry to see you go! To cancel your Jubilee subscription, you can follow these easy steps:

  1. Sign in to the Jubilee App

  2. Click on Settings in the bottom left side of your screen

  3. Click on Cancel Membership

An Are You Sure? window then lists the benefits you will lose. To confirm, click I still want to cancel my subscription. Your plan will then show a Re-Subscribe button instead.

Please note that uninstalling Jubilee from your store will not cancel your subscription, so you must cancel the service first to avoid being billed. For what happens to billing after you cancel, see What is Jubilee's plan subscription refund policy?.
