Sample orders are sent unbranded. These orders are designed for you to test the products.
If you wish to order the products with your brand name printed on them, you will have to make the purchase at your store. You can place an order in your store directly or create a manual order.
To create a draft order, you can follow these steps:
In your Shopify admin, go to Orders and click Create order.
In the Products section, click Browse, select the Jubilee product you want to order and click Add.
In the Customer section, search for or create the customer the order should ship to.
Click Collect payment > Mark as paid, then click Create order to confirm.
In Jubilee, go to the Shopify Orders tab and click Checkout to pay for the order.
