How to create Form statuses

You can create statuses for electronic forms to streamline your clinic workflow. For example, when a provider completes a form, they can change the status to ready, letting admin staff know the form is ready to send or print.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, click Settings > Templates > Form.

  2. Under Status Setting, click Open Configuration.

  3. Click +Add Status. The Edit Status window opens.

  4. Type a Name and select a Color.

  5. To automatically apply a status to all new forms, select it from the Default Status list.

  6. To automatically apply a status to all forms once they are signed, select it from the Signed Form Status list.

  7. Click Save.
