Produce a call-back list of patients overdue for preventive care tests and vaccines

Updated over a week ago

Using the Preventive Care Noncompliant analytics dashboard, you can produce a clinic-wide list of patients overdue (noncompliant) for each preventive care measure. Each patient's basic demographic and contact information is included, allowing you to proactively reach out to noncompliant patients.

📌 Note: The patients identified as noncompliant for each preventive care test or vaccine is based on a set of criteria. To view the criteria for each preventive care measure, see Preventive care management (Ontario).

By default, the dashboard displays analytics for Family Health Organization (FHO) enrolled patients for all providers in your clinic (see Flagging patients as FHO, FHG or FHN enrolled (Ontario)). However, you can filter the dashboard to display noncompliant patients:

  • For selected providers

  • Enrolled in alternative programs (FHG, FHN)

  • Able to receive notifications through email or SMS

  • With a certain provincial health number type (for example, OHIP)
