When patients self-book appointments through your appointment booking site, you can have a disclaimer to display at the top of the "Please provide basic information" page - where patients enter or verify their demographic information and provide a phone number and email address.

This is a clinic-wide setting that applies to all provider schedules and to all appointment types.

1. From the main menu, click Settings > Scheduling.

2. Click the Extra tab.

3. Beside Custom Disclaimer, click Add Disclaimer.

4. In the Edit Disclaimer text field, type the disclaimer, and then click Update.

5. Click Submit.

6. Refresh your browser for the changes to take effect.
