Improvements

Changing the file owner and notifying them at any stage

You can change a file owner and send the file to them via an inbox notification. For example, you receive a fax in your inbox but it is actually for your colleague.

You can now select the Notify New Owner checkbox at any time. The new or existing owner receives the file in their inbox. See Updating files from your inbox.

New indicator code K added to the CHR (Manitoba)

In Manitoba, when the primary provider and specialist both review a patient's COVID-19 vaccination exception request, you can now add the split indicator code K to the bill.

We added the split indicator K to the CHR. When creating insured bills, under Advance Fields > Split Indicator, you can now select the split indicator K (request for medical exemption - COVID-19 Vaccination) from the list.

Fixes

Below is a list of bugs we identified and fixed in this release. For more information, contact our TELUS Health support team.

  • When you click the calendar in the patient chart header, the appointment type and provider for group visits are now visible in the Upcoming appointments window.

  • Previously when archiving a presenting issue, it appeared in the Archived and Active sections, but after a page refresh it only appeared in the Active section. When you archive a presenting issue now it appears only in the All and Archived sections.

  • We inadvertently changed the layout of the CHR Settings pages. This has been fixed.
