Getting connected to OLIS

To configure your CHR for OLIS, contact our TELUS Account Management team via email: chraccountmanagement@telus.com. If you are still in the implementation phase, speak to your Project Manager.

Our team assists you with the initial paperwork and sends it to OntarioMD (OMD). Thereafter a Practice Advisor from OMD makes contact with you to process the necessary paperwork.

Once all the paperwork is complete, the TELUS Health team sets up the connection to OLIS in the CHR, and ensures all providers' credentials in their profiles are correct.

Once your CHR domain is configured for OLIS, you will see an OLIS button in the Patient Files section of every patient chart. See Importing lab reports from OLIS.

If your clinic is already set up with OLIS and you want to add another provider, email your OMD Practice Advisor with the new provider's name and CPSO/CNO number.
📌 Note: If you do not know who your Practice Advisor is, email OMD at support@ontariomd.com.

Once agreements are signed, the new provider can start querying OLIS.

📌 Note: Make sure all providers using OLIS have their CPSO/CNO number added to the Billing number and License number fields in their profile. See Updating your user profile information.
