You can allow your patients to see a summary of their Qnaire responses and the opportunity to modify them before submitting the Qnaires.

📌 Note: The patient has the option to skip reviewing their responses and immediately submit their answers; or they can review the answers, modify them (click on the blue answer box) and then submit.
