You can add your logo to the Collaborative Health Record (CHR).
Depending on your settings the logo appears in:
Qnaires
Letterheads
Email notifications
Patient portal
Prescriptions
📌 Note: You must have the Smartphone Settings permission to configure this.
Steps
From the main menu, select Settings > Smartphone.
To add an image (logo), under Logo Type, select Image and click Select Logo Image. From the file explorer window that appears, select an image and click Open to upload it.
📌 Note: You can add any PNG file. It will render as 50x50 px.
Click Save Appearance Setting.
