If you want to know how your Credits were used, or whether Credits were returned after a failed generation, you can check everything from the Credits balance page.
When a generation fails, the system may first deduct Credits for the task and then return them automatically. In this case, you will see both the Credits consumption and the returned Credits in the Used list.
Step 1: Open your account menu
Go to the left sidebar and click your profile avatar at the bottom.
A menu will appear with your account information, plan benefits, contact options, settings, and more.
Step 2: Click “Credits balance”
In the account menu, find and click Credits balance.
This is where you can view your current Credits balance and check detailed Credits records.
Step 3: Open the Credits details window
After clicking Credits balance, a pop-up window will appear.
At the top of this window, you can see your current available Credits.
You will also see two tabs:
Earned: shows Credits you have received or purchased.
Used: shows Credits that have been consumed or returned.
Step 4: Go to the “Used” tab
Click the Used tab to view your Credits usage history.
In this list, you can check:
Time: when the Credits change happened.
Type: the type of Credits activity.
Detail: the specific AI function or model used.
Credits Change: the number of Credits deducted or returned.
Step 5: Check Credits consumption and refund records
In the Credits Change column:
A negative number, such as -20, means Credits were consumed.
A positive number, such as +20, means Credits were returned.
For example, if an AI generation task fails, you may see one record showing -20 Credits and another record showing +20 Credits shortly after. This means the Credits were deducted first and then automatically returned to your account.
Why do I see both deducted and returned Credits?
Some AI generation tasks may require Credits to start processing. If the generation fails, the system will return the corresponding Credits automatically.
That is why you may see two records in the Used list:
One record for the Credits consumption.
One record for the Credits return.
As long as the returned Credits record appears, it means the Credits have been added back to your account.
