How do I use my virtual card?
You can use your virtual card on qualified expenses anywhere online. Simply unmask your card’s information in your account and enter it at checkout.
To access your virtual card, navigate to the Cards page.

Is my virtual card the same as my physical card?
Your virtual card is not the same as your physical card. Although you can use both cards for the same purpose, each card will have its own card number and will act as a standalone card. This distinction exists to enhance your account's security, as virtual cards are specifically designed to protect your actual card details during online transactions. Both cards remain fully functional and valid, even with differing numbers.
I only see a physical card. How can I request a virtual card?
All accounts are issued a virtual card. If you don't see one in your account, please contact our support team for further assistance.
How do I replace my virtual card?
If, for any reason, your virtual card information is no longer secure, you can terminate the card on the Cards page. Simply select the three-dot icon by the card and Request a New Card.
