Can the selfie sticks be used in seawater?
The selfie stick can be used underwater, but after use, please make sure to extend all sections, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and ensure they are dry before storing to prevent residual stains from damaging the stick.
Note: the Power Selfie Stick and the Extended Edition Selfie Stick (either enhanced or original version) are not suitable for use underwater or in seawater.
How to make a selfie stick invisible?

360º only: In case we weren't clear, the selfie stick's ability to disappear is only possible with 360-degree footage. If you're using this with one of our Ace series cameras, you can use the AI Selfie Stick Eraser in the app for a similar effect, but it won't be anywhere like the real thing.
Get the mounting right: Try to keep the two camera lenses parallel with the stick—right down the middle.
Choose the right length: For vlogs where you're the main subject, we recommend a distance of about 50–70 centimeters. If you're doing video-game-style third-person shots, extend the stick to its maximum length. And if you want to go aerial, go for our 3-meter-long option.
Positioning: Due to the way fisheye lenses can exaggerate distance, it's best to put the camera a bit closer to your subject than you might with a standard camera. Don't worry, you can get rid of the fisheye look in the edit and revert to a natural, undistorted perspective.

This selfie stick extends to 85cm for natural selfies and high-angle shots. It folds down to the size of your hand for easy on-the-go storage and provides a more comfortable hold with a removable non-slip sleeve. It's a bit more stable as it's designed for heavier cameras such as X4, but we still recommend using this one for more casual scenarios.
How to Use
Slide the Selfie Stick Sleeve down from the top of the selfie stick with the Insta360 logo at the bottom.
Notes
The Selfie Stick Sleeve is designed not to block the 1/4" screw on the bottom of the selfie stick.
When the selfie stick isn't being held by hand, it's recommended to remove the sleeve to ensure the selfie stick remains completely invisible.

How to Use

Notes
When installing the camera, please hold the equipment steady to prevent any accidents or damage to the camera.
If the camera is a 360° camera, when the camera is connected with the selfie stick, keep the camera parallel to the stick, so that the invisible effect of the selfie stick will be reflected when shooting.
When using the product, please follow the maximum load shown on the instruction manual, as to avoid any accidents.
If immersed in seawater or used on the beach, rinse the selfie stick with fresh water immediately after use, so as to avoid metal corrosion and rust due to exposure to salt water, or jamming the stick due to sand. Shake out any water from the bottom, and leave it to dry thoroughly.
It is not recommended to install the selfie stick onto additional mounts or accessories if it is already mounted on a 1/4" to 2-prong adapter.

Notes
Make sure the tripod is securely placed, do not use it on potholes or uneven ground.
When using the tripod outdoors, please do not extend it too high to avoid the tripod falling. During windy weather (especially wind strength 4 and above), please use it carefully.
If the camera is too heavy, the tripod may tip over and damage the camera. The maximum weight of the camera should not exceed 250g.
If you need to move the mounted tripod, please remove the camera from the tripod first. Do not move the tripod while the camera is attached. Vigorous shaking (especially when extended to its maximum length) may break the adapter screw and damage the camera.
