If your video is blurry, please follow the steps below to try to solve it:
Wipe the Lens Guard and the lens with the lens cloth before shooting.
If the video is still blurry after wiping the lens, please check whether the entire video is blurry or if it is blurry in just one spot. If the entire video is blurry, please check whether the video preview on the app is also blurry.
2.1 If the preview is also blurry, please provide screenshots and the original file to us for further support.
2.2 If the preview is not blurry, please place the camera in a stable and fixed position and shoot a video again:
a. If the video is no longer blurry, the blurry video may be caused by a slow shutter speed in low-light conditions. Try adjusting the manual settings depending on the setting.
b. If the video is still blurry, please provide the original file to us for further support.
If the video is blurry in only one spot, please check the lens and Lens Guard for scratches:3.1 If the lens is scratched, please contact us and send it back for repair.3.2 If the Lens Guard is scratched, please contact us to purchase a new one.
