1. Can I receive a commercial invoice for my order?

Yes. There are three ways to get an invoice for your order:

1. Check your email for a message titled "Your order is on the way". Scroll to the bottom and click "Download Invoice".

2. Go to your account and find the “My Orders” page. There is a download button for the invoice on every order.

3. Visit the order details page, and locate the "Download Invoice" button in the order information section.

To modify your invoice information, please contact us at ecommerce@insta360.com or online chat.

2. How can I cancel an order?

If the items in your order have not yet shipped, we can help cancel an item or the entire order for you. We recommend you contact us via ecommerce@insta360.com or online chat first. Please submit the refund request on the My Orders page.

3. Can I modify my order (items, shipping information etc.)?

Once an order is placed, the items cannot be changed. You'll need to cancel your order and place a new one with the desired items.

If you haven't received a shipping email, we can try to change the address for you within the same country/region. Contact ecommerce@insta360.com or online chat as soon as possible for assistance.

If the order is in transit, contact the shipping company to change your address.

4. Can I change my payment method?

The payment method for an order cannot be changed once the order has been paid successfully.

5. How can I check my order status?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email with tracking information. If you have an Insta360 account, you can also check the order status inside your account. If you checked out as a guest, find the "Payment Successful" email from us and click on "My Order".
