1. How long will it take to receive my order? Can you expedite the shipping?

Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment. We will do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible, but are unable to expedite shipping.

*Exceptions apply to standalone battery and custom skin orders. Please refer to the timeframe indicated at checkout.

2. How can I track my order?

After an order is shipped, a shipment notification email will be sent to you which includes the tracking details of the order. The tracking number will be enclosed in the “Your order is on the way” email.

3. Where are products shipped from and through which carrier?

Packages are generally shipped from either Mainland China or our overseas warehouses, depending on stock availability. The carrier is usually DHL or FedEx. We will select the most suitable carrier to ship your order according to the products ordered and your location.

4. Why have I received an email from the shipping carrier/Insta360 for customs clearance?

If your package hasn't cleared customs, it may be because FedEx or DHL requires more information from the importer (you). Please contact the carrier and provide the required information ASAP to avoid issues with delivery.

Import tax and customs duties are prepaid by Insta360 (except for orders to Brazil). If you are charged these fees, please contact us for a refund.

5. What should I do if the package status says "delivered" but I did not receive it?

Please contact the shipping company to report the issue and open a case within 7 days. Then please forward your case number and/or any response from the carrier to us as soon as possible after the package is shown as "delivered" and we will do our best to help.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing from the order?

Please keep the outer packaging of the parcel and take photos of it and the items you received. Then please notify us as soon as possible.

7. How long will it take to ship and activate Insta360 Care/Extended Warranty?

Insta360 Care is not a physical product, you do not need to wait for delivery.

When you purchase Insta360 Care separately, the service will bind to the product serial number you enter when you purchase Insta360 Care, and will activate immediately.

When you purchase Insta360 Care with a product, it will automatically bind and activate when you activate the product. For Insta360 Link, it will automatically bind and activate within 2–6 days of the product being shipped.
