2. Is the GO 3S camera compatible with my GO 3 Action Pod?

Yes! GO 3S can be used with an original GO 3 Action Pod. Make sure to update to the latest firmware first. If you're a GO 3 owner looking to upgrade, we're selling a GO 3S standalone camera unit.

3. Are GO 3 accessories compatible with GO 3S?

Most GO 3 accessories are compatible with GO 3S.

The Lens Guard, ND Filter Set, Dive Case, and Custom Skin are not cross-compatible due to the different lens sizes between GO 3S and GO 3. More accessory compatibility can be found here: Accessory Compatibility.

4. Is there a trade-in program for GO 3S?

Sorry, we do not have a trade-in program for GO 3S.

5. If I pair the GO 3S with the GO 3 Action Pod, will there be any differences in performance or functionality?

The new GO 3S functions are built-in to the standalone camera. If you already own a GO 3 Action Pod, you can purchase a GO 3S standalone camera to access new features like Apple Find My. Please note that a GO 3 used with a GO 3S Action Pod retains the same original features of GO 3.

6. Are there any discounts for GO 3S?

Since GO 3S is a brand-new product, we are currently not offering any discounts.

7. What are the hardware upgrades in GO 3S compared to GO 3?

GO 3S boasts a new high-performance processing chip that boosts CPU computing power by 50% and a new wide-angle lens, resulting in superior 4K image quality, improved usability, and more stable, smoother filming.
