The Ace Pro using a 30W fast charger only takes 22 minutes to charge the battery to 80% capacity, and a full charge requires 46 minutes.
2. When Ace Pro is used as a meeting camera/webcam, what is the supported resolution? What is the frame rate?
When used as a meeting camera, the resolution of the Ace Pro will be determined by the options provided by the software you are using. It supports a maximum resolution of up to 1080P and is limited to a frame rate of 30fps.
3. What motorcycle helmet headsets is Ace Pro compatible with besides AirPods?

4. What tips should I know while using Ace/Ace Pro in water?
Avoid rapidly plunging the camera into the water. For activities like diving and surfing, where water impact may be intense, we recommend using our Ace/Ace Pro Dive Case.
Ace & Ace Pro are waterproof up to 10 meters (33ft). For extended underwater shooting, we recommended our dive case, which boosts waterproofing to up to 196ft (60m).
For the best waterproof performance, do not use the camera underwater for more than 1 hour at a time.
Do not use Ace/Ace Pro in damp environments outside the recommended temperature range of -4 to 104℉ (-20 to 40℃), like a sauna, steam room, or hot spring.
5. Is the adhesive of the flexible adhesive mount reusable?
No. The adhesive is for one-time use and can not be reused.
6. Can the battery lock cover be removed?
No. Please do not remove this part.
7. Why does the parameter display on the secondary screen sometimes disappear when the camera is on?
If the Flip Touchscreen is turned off, the Front Screen will also be disabled.
8. What audio features does Ace Pro support?
Ace Pro supports Wind Noise Reduction, Stereo, and Directional Focus.
Wind Noise Reduction reduces wind noise and enhances human voices.
Stereo captures more natural audio without noise reduction.
Directional Focus enhances audio from the direction the lens is facing.
