AutoPilot Subscription Terms
When enrolling in AutoPilot, organizations commit to a 12-month subscription period. This can be paid either:
In full upfront, or
In 12 monthly installments
Because AutoPilot includes ongoing support, training, compliance monitoring, and filings preparation, the program is structured as a one-year engagement.
How to Cancel AutoPilot
If you need to cancel your AutoPilot subscription, please contact our team directly.
A member of our team will review your account, confirm your subscription status, and assist with next steps.
What Happens After Cancellation?
If you cancel your AutoPilot subscription, please be aware of the following:
You Become Responsible for Your Organization’s Filings
Once AutoPilot services end, your organization becomes fully responsible for all required compliance and maintenance filings, including but not limited to:
IRS Form 990 filings
State annual reports
Registered agent maintenance (if applicable)
Any other state or federal compliance requirements
Access to Your Instant Nonprofit File Drive Ends
During the AutoPilot program, Instant Nonprofit provides access to a hosted document drive that stores your organization’s formation documents and key files.
At the end of your subscription, access to this hosted drive will be removed.
We recommend downloading and securely storing any documents you may need before your subscription ends.
