Did you start the 501(c)3 process with us in the past and not finish? No problem! We're happy to get you back on track.

We’ll need to unarchive your file and assess what needs to be done to remain compliant and get 501(c)3 status. In addition to the 501(c)3 process, we will also have to assess your compliance requirements at the state level, and file any requirements.

If it's been over 90 days since your last engagement with us, please note you will need to pay your suspended file fee which allows us to restart your project. Please contact Staff via the Chatbot (your lower right hand corner) for more information.
