Your clients can search for galleries and images by clicking on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of your storefront and typing in their search term.
How Do I Enable it?
Follow these steps to turn that search option on.
From the Main Menu click on Photos > Preferences.
Click the Advanced button in the upper right corner.
Within the Homepage section locate Enable Gallery & Image Search Options and set the drop down box to Yes - Display Gallery & Image Search Options.
Click Save.
Enable a Gallery + image search
When your clients perform a gallery search on your storefront, the search generally looks for galleries that have matching names, dates, or locations.
Enabling a combination gallery + image search will cause the gallery search functionality to also look through your gallery images, and to return a list of galleries containing images with names and/or keywords* that match the provided search term.
* Keyword searching is only available on galleries with the "Enable Keyword Search" setting enabled.
You can enable that option by following these steps.
From the Main Menu click on Photos > Preferences.
Click the Advanced button in the upper right corner.
Within the Homepage section locate Gallery Search Method and set the drop down box to Search the Gallery + Image Details.
Click Save.
