If you have an existing contract that you would like to use with the Instaproofs system you can convert that contract into a template. Here's how you can do that.

From the main menu click on Studio & Clients » Contracts » Contract Templates.

Once the page loads click the Create New Custom Template button that's found in the upper left corner. This will bring you to a new page where you can create your template.

Fill in the basic template details, including selecting a Contract Type, and providing the Title and the Subtitle (optional).

Once the Contract Type, Title, and Subtitle have been provided, copy and paste your existing contract text into the contract template's body area.

Next, go through your contract and make sure it's formatted the way you'd like it to be. If it's not, use the available options (such as bold, italics, tables, etc.) to make it look the way you'd like it too. Then, replace any values that are specific to an individual, or to a specific photo session, with variables. For example, if your contract has a place within it that mentions as specific session date, replace the session date with a [[Session Date]] variable instead. Replacing specific values with variables is the key to creating a template.

Once the variables have been added and the template has been formatted, click the Save Contract Template button to save it. If you find anything that needs to be changed later on, simply come back to the template and make your changes.
