Can I add a note to all the order receipts that are sent to my clients?

If you would like to add a note to the receipts that go out to your clients when they place an order you can follow these steps to do that:

For All Galleries:

  • From the main menu click on Selling » Selling Preferences.

  • Scroll to the Cart & Checkout section

  • Add your note to the Order Receipt Message box. This message can include shipping time estimates, contact information, etc.

  • Click Save Preferences.

For Specific Gallery Types

This setting can be used to override the global receipt message defined within your selling preferences.

  • From the main menu click on Photos » Gallery Types.

  • Click on the name of one of your gallery types that you want to add a note to.

  • Scroll to the Shopping Cart section.

  • Add your note to the Order Receipt Message box.

  • Click Save.

  • Follow these steps for each Gallery Type you want to have an Order Receipt Message for.
