If you would like to add a note to the receipts that go out to your clients when they place an order you can follow these steps to do that:
For All Galleries:
From the main menu click on Selling » Selling Preferences.
Scroll to the Cart & Checkout section
Add your note to the Order Receipt Message box. This message can include shipping time estimates, contact information, etc.
Click Save Preferences.
For Specific Gallery Types
This setting can be used to override the global receipt message defined within your selling preferences.
From the main menu click on Photos » Gallery Types.
Click on the name of one of your gallery types that you want to add a note to.
Scroll to the Shopping Cart section.
Add your note to the Order Receipt Message box.
Click Save.
Follow these steps for each Gallery Type you want to have an Order Receipt Message for.
