Yes! You can view your client's cart contents before they place their order by following these steps:
From the main menu, click on Photos » Galleries.
Locate your gallery and click on Visitors » Manage Visitor Emails.
Locate your client's email address and click on the small shopping cart icon found next to it. If there is no shopping cart icon, that indicates that there is nothing in their cart.
Clicking the cart icon will cause a pop-up window to display which will show you the contents of your client's cart.
