When you are on a monthly plan with a 0% commission, we (Instaproofs) do not charge you anything for your individual transactions. However, all of your storefront transactions are processed through your Stripe merchant account and they charge a small fee to process your transactions.
Stripe's current fee for US-based businesses is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Businesses based in other countries may have different rates, which can be found on the Stripe website.
An example of how this works is as follows:
Your client places an order for $100
Stripe processes the transaction and takes 2.9% ($2.90) + $0.30 to process the transaction.
You receive $96.80 in your bank account for the transaction.
Instaproofs does not have any influence on the fees that Stripe charges, and we do not receive any type of kickback or a percentage of those fees from Stripe.
