Where can I view a list of the orders that have been sent to the lab(s) for fulfillment?

Any orders previously sent through our system for fulfillment can be viewed by doing the following:

By default, all orders, sent to any lab, from any time within the current calendar year, are displayed. If you'd like to search for a specific order, or a specific set of orders, you can filter the orders by Date Range, Order Status, or Fulfillment Lab.

To filter the orders, click the box next to the Showing Data For label, as seen in the image below.

Within the Lab Orders page, click the date found next to any order within the list of orders to view its full fulfillment details. To view the original, non-fulfillment, order, click the "View Original Order" link that's found within the fulfillment order's details.

The order totals are displayed at the bottom of the list of orders*. The total amounts that are displayed include the Original Total, the Lab Costs, and your Profit**.

* If this page is viewed from a mobile device, only the Lab Costs column will be displayed.

** The "profit" value is a rough estimate that doesn't take sales tax or any credit card processing fees into consideration.
