To have our partner labs send a fulfilled order to your studio address rather than to your client's shipping address, please follow the steps outlined below:
Start the fulfillment process by clicking the Begin Fulfillment Process link on the Order Details page.
In the green Ship To area at the top of the page, select your shipping address from the Auto Populate Shipping drop down box.
Continue through the fulfillment process as you normally would.
Auto Fulfillment Note
If you're using the Auto Fulfillment feature you can leave our technicians a note letting them know that you want all of your orders sent to your location. Here's how to do that:
Click on the Selling tab » Lab Fulfillment » Lab Setup.
In the Default Lab Settings section click on the Adjust these Lab Settings button.
Put your note to our technicians in the Additional Instructions box.
Click Save.
Note: Orders will be sent to the address you have on your Account Details page.
