Instrumentl sends email notifications to keep you informed about saved grants, deadlines, task updates, and new matches.
This article explains how to customize which platform email notifications you receive.

Update Your Email Notification Settings
To edit your email notification preferences:
Go to Account → Settings from the left-hand navigation menu.
Adjust the dropdown menus to match your preferences.
Click Save Changes.

From here, you can customize your email settings to your preference:
Only for my Projects – Receive emails for projects where you are the Project Lead.
For all team projects – Receive emails for all projects you have access to.
No emails – Unsubscribe from that notification type.
Don't forget to click the purple Save Changes button to update your email preferences!
Notes:
Email notification settings apply only to your individual account.
Other team members manage their own notification preferences.
Only the Account Owner receives the Monthly Insights Report.
Changing your timezone
You can adjust your timezone from the same Settings page. Your selected timezone determines:

If you are the Account Owner, your timezone selection will be used to determine when to send notifications to your team.
Can't log in to edit your email preferences?
Use the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page to regain access to your account. If you’re still unable to update your settings, contact us at hello@instrumentl.com, and our Support team can assist you.
